Ceilings will be vaulted and windows enlarged to open the space. The living areas will be rearranged to correct mistakes from past renovations, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. The interior will be finished in a moody coastal California style with an emphasis on natural materials and warm finishes balanced by neutral elements, simple fixtures, and a focus on craftsmanship
