Sushi Enya's Beverly Hills location was designed by Allied Projects to capture a minimalist aesthetic with a refined material palette that embodies the essence of the food itself. The restaurant's 1,900 square feet was planned to seat 60 guests between two patios, a sushi bar, and a main interior dining room. The design features clean lines and natural materials, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.
