Upgrades include new windows at the frontage, a legal entry at the lobby, a smooth stucco exterior, tile work at the front elevation, and new plantings at the rear. The project also included rectifying a previous non-code-compliant remodel and bringing the building fully up to code. Additionally, a new shade structure with solar panels has been designed for the back parking area. This solar canopy not only provides shaded parking for vehicles but also generates renewable energy for the facility, reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
